3.1 Maltina Activities

From time to time, Maltina may run campaigns, competitions, school tours, digital nominations, promotions, or brand activities such as:

• The Maltina School Tour
• Nomination-based school activation programmes
• Creative competitions (e.g., Lunch Bag Competitions)
• "Nourishment Fit for You" initiatives
• Events / carnivals promoting STEM, Maltina, and family bonding and well-being

3.2 Participation Rules

Participation in any Maltina activity is subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply on a case-by-case basis. Specific rules include:

• Additional Terms: Specific activities may have supplemental rules (e.g., age limits, entry deadlines). In the event of a conflict, the activity-specific rules shall prevail.
• Verification & Disqualification: Maltina reserves the absolute right to verify the validity of entries and participants (including identity, age, and school enrollment) and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or submits a non-compliant entry.
• Judging & Decisions: Unless otherwise stated, for all skill-based competitions (e.g., Creative or Lunch Bag Competitions), the decision of the appointed judges is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entered into regarding the selection of winners.
• No Liability for Technical Failures: Maltina is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, network failures, or hardware/software errors that may result in a lost, delayed, or corrupted entry.
• Relationship: Participation does not create any contractual, financial, or employment relationship between participants and Maltina. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless explicitly stated.

3.3 Cancellation & Modification

Maltina reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend any campaign or competition, or these Terms and Conditions, at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value.

3.4 School Enrollment Threshold

To ensure the impact and reach of the Maltina Nourishment Fit for You Campaign, only schools with a minimum verified enrollment of 500 students are eligible for selection, activation, or participation in school-based programs.

• Verification: Maltina reserves the absolute right to request official enrollment records or conduct independent physical audits to verify student populations.
• Discretion: Maltina/NB Plc reserves the right to disqualify any school that does not meet this threshold at the time of verification, and its decision on eligibility shall be final and binding.
• No Liability: Maltina shall not be held liable for any costs, expectations, or claims arising from the non-selection of a school that falls below this enrollment requirement.

Hyperlinks may be made to the homepage of this website only. Links must not:

• Present Maltina content within another site's frame;
• Misrepresent Maltina's association or endorsement;
• Be created for harmful, automated scraping purposes (e.g., crawlers, bots).

Any automated or mass extraction of website content requires written permission from Maltina.

6.2 Unauthorised Access

• Grant of License: Grant Maltina and Nigerian Breweries Plc a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in any media (including social media, television, and billboards) for promotional and marketing purposes.
• Warrant of Originality: Warrant that the content is your original work (or you have obtained all necessary consents from parents/guardians) and does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Waiver of Moral Rights: Waive any "moral rights" or rights of attribution regarding the submitted content to the extent permitted by law.
